Best advice I can give you is if you haven’t used it or wore it in 6 months or aren’t going to use it or wear it in 6 months get rid of it.

I’m being genuine here and not sarcastic, most of the shows that I’ve seen for tiny houses, they think vertical. So vertical storage and maximizing the space from the floor to the roof. That way they don’t have to branch out into space they really need.

Does it have a loft? We have a shed converted into a vet clinic. We made sure to put in a loft for things that aren’t used often and store them in those black and yellow bins. Also outdoor storage is something to look into. It’s ghetto but we got a shipping container for extra storage outside of the clinic.

Stage the tiny home as if you’re going to sell It. Put just what you need. Keeping everything in the box. If you think of It and use It grab It and find a home. You will be shocked how much stuff you don’t actually use

If it's crammed in closets, boxes and totes and never used get rid of it( not sentimental items). I started a minimal lifestyle about 5 years ago. It's freeing to get rid of so much.

I can’t wait to see it!! Ahhh I’m so excited for you! This is something I’d love to do! I’m in 3000sq feet and our house is SO CROWDED. I’ve aways wanted a little house off the beach and then our beach got destroyed by Ian, but still a dream to have a little one somewhere 😍

My mom is in a tiny house (8x24). She won't let anything go. It's insane. Make anything you get multi purpose. IE: storage you can also sit on.

Congrats!! I would say 1st don’t get large pieces of furniture it limits where you can put it use modular style that you can change around as your needs change. Always think use your space up instead of out I got some of the wooden crates from hobby lobby industrial Velcro together added wheels to the bottom

Any furniture you acquire be sure it’s some type of storage. Ottomans need to have storage, book shelves with baskets. Take your time and find what works for you. Stackable storage.

Build some storage in the garage. Use plywood in the rafters. I would use bins and trade out seasonal clothes out there and seasonal decor. Use the basement for pantry items and household supplies.

Also. They have some bed frames pretty cheap on amazon that can fit storage under.
