Oh bhai Islamabad is 540 meter above sea level compared to 10 meter of Karachi. Terrain is different in both cities and you cannot compare them both.

bro honestly no words of mine can change the tragedies with Karachi and I fully stand and support them but adding 1 factor that create a difference between two cities is that somewhere the people of islamabad are more corporative and Karachiates are not that's why government works better with islamabad but still I support Karachi and stand with them in their difficult time

Its simple, you have been to 1st World and you must have noticed the Catchbasin on sides of roads and streets. All of modern cities have separate rainwater drainage systems, unlike Karachi has no catchbasin, has only mixed sewerage systems which causes overflow during rains.
