hai and crew🐶🐕 :
for me.. 1)i have one or two very trusted people to watch my pets. i go over ALOT very often. 2) i have an entire 8 PAGE booklet about care. it has each pets name and color (for the cats only), timestamps of routine, what to do when they have to leave, where everyone sleeps, 3 emergency vets that are 24 hours + not super far, and leave my care credit with them. 3) pre-portioned ALL supplements and food, each one is *name labeled*, what it is (even if obvious), then in another big bag with their names on it + description of what’s inside. 4) an extensive first aid kit that the booklet lists what’s in it, which symptoms or concerns that need to just been taken to the ER without waiting for consult, or what symptoms to consult and talk through potential treatment. 5) a second booklet that’s a raw food guide that includes safety, and portioning(not applicable for everyone but gives me peace of mind). 6) i have a binder that i leave out with EVERYTHING, names, mircochip numbers, vet records (if needed). I do my hardest to leave NO room for error and make it easier on my sitter, and my anxiety. i over detail and do over the top, thankfully my sitter appreciates it lol. If you want i can stitch what i do for mine for a more visual idea??
