honestly it just depends on the person. if you're able to take care of two kids at the age of 21, good for you. hope they're happy and healthy, but me and my current situation right now I will never be able to take care of two kids. I'm already loving pay check to paycheck. I don't think I can handle a hospital bill on top of a formula, diapers, clothes, shoes, everything else that it needs to take care of a child. and it's not even always financial stability mental stability as well. women, especially teenagers aren't always mentally there to take care of a child. even when they get older they probably will never be mentally mature enough to take care of a child. and I doubt you want somebody who isn't mentally well enough to take care of a child to take care of a child because all that would end up is the child being neglected, abused and possibly killed. so again, if it works out for you if they're happy, healthy and love good for you, but that's not everybody's situation and it's perfectly fine as long as they know their limitations
