My teen daughter has reached her full height at 4’9 and I’m struggling to know how to talk to her about how she can’t really eat like everyone else, while not causing harm to her mentally or emotionally. She is a healthy weight right now (100 lbs) but I worry she could struggle in the future.

I think you are very balanced with your choices. And teaching others how to have balance as well. I realize in order for me to maintain my 100 pound WL I absolutely need to be mindful of the things I eat. We cannot do it all the time we need to have a measure of control to maintain the WL.

agree! i have a similar lifestyle, eating out alot, I travel alot etc and I hate it when i choose (for example) not to have a dessert and people are like its all about balance! Hello i know! that’s why im skipping this dessert coz Inalready had it 2 days ago 😆😅
