I'm urgently following up regarding my refund request for the accidental SCRL Premium purchase because the P1,099 deducted was from my school allowance, and I'm really struggling to cover my daily expenses without it. I sincerely hope you can provide an update as soon as possible, as this refund is very important for me as a student.

I would like to follow up my request for refund. Google play unauthorizedly deducted a ₱999 on my e-wallet account on your guys application; SCRL, without a notice, nor a receipt of payment or transaction sent on my email, given that i already deleted the application long time ago, yet, the deduction was still made. What was supposed to be my school allowance was gone because of your system's deduction. Hoping to hear from you sooner.
