Yes! They do it, I think they just want to grow their numbers and not follow through. I look at their following count before I add them, if the number is significantly lower that the followers, that’s my red flag and don’t add them

It happens to me as well. While you’re still growing your account don’t stress it too much, just remove them back. When your account starts building up numbers, start removing those that don’t engage, or bring meaningful engagement.
