Don’t listen to any of them, you have to go to services and turn on Microsoft services most likely. Or go to add or remove programs in settings and find Microsoft store and then click on 3 dots and advanced settings go all the way down and reset it

You want to reset again with usb. Note: you can do on other os or linux your choice. Download windows 11 iso on other pc and plug an a empty usb or other usb and use rufus and on rufus select a usb thats is a windows 11 usb and select image (NOT PNG OR JPEG OR SOMETHING) select windows 11 iso and click flash or something i forgot (it can be reset and replace the iso files) and its done go to your broken pc and plug in to your pc and go to the operating system selector like bootloader and select usb and your choices. Sorry for my English if im wrong
