@thecuriousmaverick: America is great for making money but, it’s terrible at taking care of you! Having lived there for almost 8 years now, I wanna say: if you’re thinking of coming to America, it’s not always (sunshine & rainbows). And here’s why. So, my point is: America is a high-risk, high-reward country. 1. Adventure doesn’t come without loneliness. 2. Exposure doesn’t come without culture shocks. 3. And, making money doesn’t come without giving up some creative freedom. It’s a package deal - and if you plan to move here, just be ready for it all.
