The “gloryhole” bar was exposed to be WRITTEN by Mz Hustle -who is a battle rapper. Cardi should not have led with this track as a lead bc of her lackluster delivery. The song also lacks imagination. Listen to reincarnated by Kendrick (for Tupac) or even Barbie Dreams which is Nicki’s homage to Biggie.

Its not a flop, its just not single worthy. The ACTUAL problem is that cardi is too big of a star, and is too anticipated to be allowed the same grace to experiment and target ppl outside of her core audience.
