You should look into low dose accutane! Much less side effects / better than full blown. I have done both and love it.

Topical spiro is not pregnancy safe either so just be super careful as that can cause birth defects like accutane 🤍

yes I did accutane and got on the birth control right before it started and got the birth control removed immediately after I was done with accutane. got rid of the acne once and for all
