it's called the WEST INDI OR BLACK CARIBBEAN CANIVAL the government remove the name and called carnival.,??? this is an injustice to the black Caribbean people who's heritage it is.. how other nations can come in hijacked the floats and wave their flag around?? u wud never get that in a Indian or Chinese middle east festival, carnival opposite nations can hijacked the floats waye their flags?? &even LGBT can have their own floats marching in a traditional black Caribbean culture canival??? the government makes millions of are culture, carnival..every year their white steal bands groups and others get bigger trying to look tropical in clothes? squeezing da black Caribbean music bands floats smaller.. we need to stand up before the government starts charging you to come to carnival??

Exactly! I've been saying this for years - the government would NEVER allow the carnival to happen every year, if they weren't making hundreds of millions of £££ from it. Racists should be thankful to Notting Hill carnival for funding their universal credit
