Whilst all these foods contain beneficial micronutrients, they differ dramatically in volume per calorie. I agree on all except the grapes, theres a reason they're called sugar bombs. I avoid them at all costs whilst im calorie counting.

That's because there's still water in the ones on the right (fiber and starch in the banana at the end). Dried fruit is fruit without water, so it's the same calories but with less mass. And juice is just the sugar, water, and vitamins, but no fiber.
