I had a former coworker ask me to follow them on socials, I declined. They found out that I was following another colleague, and proceeded to harass that colleague for info. Which they declined. This same person would loudly call me by my IG handle multiple times a day. It took another colleague to complain for them to stop.

Put me in coach!!!! I gots all the storiessss. This one time I was pregnant with my oldest and I hadn’t told my job yet. This YT co worker kept asking to hang out and go to the bar. I told her I was busy and I couldn’t go I had somewhere to be after work. When I left work to go to my Dr appt because I hadn’t told anyone remember, she followed me to see why I was blowing her off. I came out of Dr appt that had OBSTETRICS big as day on the front of the building. Not looking where I was walking because I was reading my paperwork and all I hear is a happy scream and my name called and she was jumping up and down in front of me saying she was so excited and she already let someone at work know the good news. I hadn’t told anyone yet. Not even my family. It was my very first appointment.

I used to journal on my breaks for self care and my white manager tried to steal it out of my desk to snoop when I went to pick up my lunch. My fellow blk woman coworker caught her, stopped her and told me about it. The audacity is endless.

It’s so frustrating. I came back from maternity leave exhausted and just trying to do my job. My boss let me know my co-worker was upset that I didn’t eat lunch w/the team. It was incredibly offensive.

I was literally fired from a law firm after being called in for a meeting with HR and the partner to discuss how I could be more social. They ordered me to take team members to lunch and to do things with other outside of work. I didn’t. In the follow up I told them I’m here to do my job and not make friends. They didn’t like that. I vowed to never work for ww owned/led anything ever again in life. Insufferable.
