@mealswithmax: Chicken Shish Kebab 🌯 Ingredients (1 serving): 160g chicken breast 1 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp ground coriander 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp chilli powder 1 garlic clove Salt Black pepper Salad Hot sauce Flatbread (1 flatbread): 60g self raising flour 60g 0% fat Greek yogurt Garlic yogurt sauce (1 serving): 2 tbsp 0% fat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp milk 1 garlic glove 1/2 tsp dried mint 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1 tsp lemon juice Salt Black pepper ——— Method: 1. Chop the chicken into chunks, mix with the Greek yogurt, spices, garlic, salt and pepper. Marinate for 2 hours (or as long as you’ve got). 2. Mix the flour and yogurt, knead for 1-2 minutes and set aside to rest. 3. Skewer the chicken, spray with a little oil, air fry at 200 degrees celcius for 10-12 mins, until golden brown and cooked through. 4. Mix the garlic sauce ingredients and place into the fridge. 5. Roll out the flatbread dough, cook in a hot dry pan for 1-2 mins on each side. 6. Add some sauce to your flatbread, top with the salad, then the chicken and finish with more sauce. why zero fat yoghurt? its just had fat removed and replaced with sugar to make it palatable just like all "low fat zero fat" products, use full fat we've been conned with all that nonsense so they can charge you more money

I'm trying to lose weight but if I'm craving a kebab I'm getting a kebab 🤣 Whatever you made won't satisfy the craving anyway since it's not kebab, and a kebab once a month won't break your progress whatsoever 😅 Don't cut any foods from your diet.
