It should be free lightening lane for everyone in your party for every day of your stay. Considering fast passes were free for everyone and the cost of the hotel each night is only going up

They literally just took away the OLY thing that separated them from the hotels that are closer to the park across the street. Which by the way...is 1/3 of the price the the DISNEYLAND hotels.

I suspect a lot of it is to reduce labor costs. They don’t want to staff the park that early, especially if it was under-utilized. It’s a win-win for guests who want to sleep in and get the multipass, and the resort isn’t paying CM labor. ☹️
