This is why I just don’t think AI can do quality marketing. Being humans who understand each others choices on a more personal level is what brings campaigns together even if it’s just identifying where and when they find you in the journey.

The fundamentals are lost. Ad agencies from top to bottom forget to gain perspective. Strategy starts with understanding business objectives, aligning those with marketing objectives, researching and developing the shape and avatar of customers then building the customer journey. We have to meet the client where they are. Start with them, they are the North Star. And the customer is the hero.
