We need to stop blaming the rich but instead blame the govt both federal and state for uncontrolled and crazy spending with no audit

why don’t you all ever discuss the disparity between corporate profits, CEOs paychecks, and the lack of employee wage growth at those companies?

What do you think would happen? The riches people are Americans. capitalism is hardly dead. Dont blame the government. People are a strain on profit. An Ai workforce profitable. Shareholder value. Economics is an ecosystem and it’s off balance. We are greeding ourselves to the point where wealth has no value and yes socialism in its worst form will rise. Sadly we used to care about society and innovation. We’ve created a society where the only way to survive the system is to buck the system. Instead of fixing it.

Look at the poverty rates at the time you think things were better. You have a childlike understanding of the economy. The reason wages grew in the 50s and 60s is the tax rate was immense, companies invested back in the companies, and stock buybacks were illegal. Productivity has increased exponentially since the 1950s and the people benefiting are at the top. You get that right?
