@jennaroxbury: Posting this in the hopes it helps just one person to start their journey of Recovery....I havent been honest with you all...mostly, not honest with myself. I have been struggling with my alcoholism the last few years...drinking every day after work & all day on my days off (not many of those!). But I made the conscious decision to make that change. Alcoholism has been a demon Ive fought my whole life...I was in Recovery & sober for 8 years....and here I am back again at Day 8. Its never too late to start over. I am posting this to sweep out the darkness and shadows into the light. I have made this a part of my recovery..."We are only as sick as our secrets"...and I dont want to be sick anymore.
