The door looks kinda tough to strip/sand since there are so many crevices, but would look beautiful as a natural wood if you’re up for the labor! Otherwise I think painting it a fresh color could be cute too. And for the light fixture you could see about replacing the glass part to be those glass globe looking things rather than replacing the whole thing maybe? It may be a lil easier/cheaper that way & I don’t mind the fixture

Keep the door! And the chandelier. It will save you money and add more visual value. “Flipped” houses are on their way out (in my opinion) and preserving and restoring is on the rise!! You can always add new features but once the original features are gone, you’re stuck. They’re fab!
