Duncanville… it’s not bad but you can certainly do better. Mansfield, Las Colinas and Glenn Heights are good areas to check out if anyone’s on the market. I live near the Mansfield area near Joe Pool Lake. In October I’m moving back to Las Colinas 💜

Not Duncanville but Flower Mound and the Colony and Lewisville they or 30 minutes from downtown Dallas and very safe and Mansfield upper class black peoples in a lot to do and nice restaurants and Red Oak, Bishop Arts is really nice hospital district near downtown
