Story time ⬇️ A couple weeks ago, I was standing behind my car when my grandma accidentally drove into me. Yes—my knees. And no—she is absolutely not driving anymore 😅 Because I was behind my car, the impact from her car pushed my knees back. The first week I had popping and knee pain, but it was more of a deep aching, not sharp pain. Still scary though. After that first week, the aching became more on-and-off instead of constant. This week I went back to the gym, but very intentionally—about ⅓ of my usual weight, slow, controlled, listening to my body the whole time. I truly believe that having strong legs saved me from something way worse—a tear or a more serious injury. Life is unpredictable and you wanna make sure you have a strong body. Still taking it slow. Still rebuilding. Still grateful. 💪 #fypシ #GymTok
