@jordanprstn: a couple of years ago whenever i was consistently moving my body, was probably the best my mental health has ever been. i fell out it though, got into pilates, fell out of them, and here i am trying again. one step at a time. just a reminder that doing your best is good enough. you’ll make it to where you’re meant to be, just don’t stop believing that you’ll get there <3 #motivation #improudofyou
