Diatomaceous earth my girl. Put it everywhere in your house and I would wait a least 2 days and then vacuum it up. Had a vet recommend it to me and said it was safe for pets. We had them TERRIBLY. We sprinkled some down and they literally were gone

Dog groomer here 🙋♀️🫡 If they're truly just fleas, they can't live and/or reproduce without animals being present. Do the treatments you want, but in a few weeks you may notice them jumping on you 😬🥴 BUT that means they're getting desperate and you're almost on the other side. Good luck! 😭

diatomaceous (sp?) earth everywhere. and then vacuum daily. also the flea traps that go on the floor. they have sticky pads, and a light on it to attract them. thats how we got rid of ours.

When I had a bad flea year many years back it really sucked…. But we did salt all over the carpet swept it in some let it sit for a while and vacuum it up. We stayed in a hotel for a few days and I went back daily to vacuum and reapply more salt. If you have the option to not stay there for a few days I also got night lights and plugged them in upside down with a cookie sheet with dawn and water in it. It needs to be as dark as you can get it though so the fleas are attracted to the Night lights…. It was grossly and weirdly satisfying how many fleas would be in the dishes. And than vacuuming every day for a few weeks in a row and emptying canisters or what not outside and straight into the outdoor trash. I wish you luck

I found a recipe online that involved steeping lemons and sprayed all the baseboards they don’t like citrus apparently and they hide in baseboards . Water and dish soap in bowls around the house on the floor . Flea treat any pets and vacuum constantly . Took me a couple of months to get rid of them but it worked .

We rented a home with a ton of fleas and we had to treat our pets with flea meds. Don’t let 30 days lapse in between treatments and vacuum every day. It takes 2-4 months. 😭😵💫

I fully understand, I've actually had this exact situation happen to me. Having to move out temporarily immediately after moving everything in so it could be fumigated was very frustrating.

Vacuum daily for like a month. If you have pets you must get them treated. It’s a pain. I had them one time and it lasted approx 3-4 months and was horrible

You got this. I used to manage apartments. Ask to be on the pest control schedule and get sprayed every week until they are gone. Vacuum and empty the vacuum right after. This is one of the easier pests.

Table salt! When my kids were little our “new to us”house had fleas and someone at the pet store said that was safe and effective. Sprinkle it on all the floors, let it “dry them out” for a couple hours and vacuum.
