I was diagnosed at the end of 2023 and I swear they just hand out that diagnosis to anyone instead of really looking into the symptoms 🙄 did they put you on Metformin?

Most women with PCOS have insulin resistance. If that’s the case for you, make rice in advance and refrigerate it. Cooling it converts the starch to resistant starch which is better for IR and blood sugar stability!

I had hypothyroidism (took prescriptions every day) and I reversed it with by fasting for 48 hours (lemon water, and a lot of prayer), then just clean ate. I listened to my body and ate when my body was hungry. I made sure to snack on veggies. No longer have it.
