I’ll tell you this much, I’d definitely be more inclined to go to the movies more if theaters had more staff at the ready to kick out rowdy people. I’m tired of paying for a ticket to something I’ve been looking forward to, only to spend the whole time distracted by loud groups, people glued to their phones, and parents bringing kids who are way too young for the screening. At that point, I might as well just wait until it hits one of the streaming services I already pay too much for.

the theater experience sux now. the popcorn and snacks are scrappy and too $$$. i just bring my own but there are more people who thi k its ok to be on their phones during the movie now.

maybe we need a better movie experience. quality level. Doesn't have to be a Sphere but maybe something better. of course the quality needs to be bette. I love that Jon mentioned The Killing at the end of this. Amazing show that most people never even heard of
