The question is whether or not you are able to move that big chest of drawers out further from the corner? Because if you can, it would allow you to still open up the drawers in it fully without a problem while still having a little stool in there. That way you could just add a top going over the small dresser, into the corner (with some support attached too the wall under the tv & maybe a desk leg in the corner for extra support) & the carry that top onto the bigger drawer as well if you want too…
