Okay but for the first one - many insecure people or people with trauma will add lots of details and over explain because they grew up not having people listen to them or believe them. It doesn't automatically mean they're lying, they could just be insecure

I constantly got accused of lying as a child and as a result I now do some of these when I’m telling the truth, just out of fear of not being believed. Because people didn’t believe me as a child. People now sometimes think I’m lying because of this. It’s so frustrating😅
