@luvaabxbymariee: i went from waking up every morning in tears, crying all day until bedtime, sinking into a depression so dark it swallowed me whole. For weeks on end it got so bad it put me in the hospital. I truly thought that was the end of me… but it wasn’t. Somehow, I kept fighting. I kept pushing. And little by little, I found my spark and my shine again. And let me tell you this no, I don’t want a relationship. I can’t. I won’t. Because I refuse to ever let someone drag me back into that darkness. I lost myself once, I broke in ways I never thought I could, and I’ll never let it happen again. I finally feel like me again, and I won’t gamble that away for anyone. I will never trust someone who says, “I love you and I’ll never leave your side” because I’ve learned those words mean nothing when they’re spoken by the wrong person. I gave my everything, and it almost destroyed me. Now? I’m done. I choose myself. I choose my peace.
