I agree 100%. Just not my situation. He left the kids and I after 10 years after starting their relationship while we were still together and went to be with her. So nah I ain’t cool w it. There’s a way to go about it and that ain’t it.

It’s not about what’s “right” or “wrong”—it’s about intent. Most people move on or date to prove a point, not because they’re truly ready. It’s instant gratification, self soothing. True growth comes from self-reflection: understanding the role you played, directly or passively, in past outcomes. Focus on what matters: your kid, leveling up, and attracting people who match your energy and goals that you are ACTIVELY trying to attain. Dating should be last on the list. Chasing/looking for love at the same level someone else left is diabolical; growth always comes first. Dating should come after the foundation.
