Run slow. Like, run at walking pace. And do little walk breaks - 30 sec run, 30 sec walk. And over time you’ll get better at it and can run for longer and/or run faster. It takes a long time, running is hard.

I took my kids to skate land yesturday and i havent put blades on since my 20s. I now have bruises on my calves from the roller blades. 😂😂😂 guess what Im puttimg them on today again. its because we are getting old everything hurts.
