1st day of practicals I was instructed to go in a cubicle by an old bitter unit manager to assist the other nurse without a warning and wen I got there the nurse was not in there I found the patient on the bed ddnt even know he was gone, I greeted the patient 3 times and he ddnt respond that's wen I realized that he is gone and I ran out
