@auntieem6: Replying to @AmethystLove25 yes calorie deficit works. Of course it does. But it stinks. Here’s the thing: it’s not the only way to lose weight. I dropped 30 pounds eating more satisfying food, not less. Fasting. Food order. Fiber. Protein. Carbs last. No tracking. No starving.
