im sorry you're both going through this. i know what it's like to be in a relationship when we both have serious mental health/emotional things to work through. its gut wrenching when you want so badly just to both be in a good headspace, and sometimes the love for each other just isn't enough. i don't know your situation, but take the time you need to heal!!! glad to hear you've got supportive therapy🫶

ugh i’m so sorry you’re going through this. some people just seem to enjoy instigating and watching other people suffer. currently going through something similar with my ex, who was also my FP. this stuff with BPD is no joke. it feels so much heavier. i hope therapy continues to help you and that the two of you can heal 🫶

The internet can connect you with some awesome people but it also allows people to be the worst version of themselves. It's gross. Breakups are so mentally exhausting. Make sure to take care of yourself. I just ended a decade long friendship, not the same I know. But it still crushes you.
