On one hand, Dr Mike already got surgery, and he's known for being pretty sarcastic and jokey. On the other hand, you can tell he's never been happy with not getting his Pro card. He could end up doing this shit. 😅 Then there's the sadness in other Dr Mike's face. They're friendly, so it seems like he's just sad hearing all this most likely body dysmorphia talking.

It’s not about agreeing or disagreeing. He is experiencing body dysmorphia and I don’t say that with negative context. He has put a ton of time into his craft and is unable to shed theee particular features that bother him. He probably thinks about it all the time. I hope he is able to find peace, either through mental work, or with the help of a safe and skilled plastic surgeon.
