Worst customer service ever. one time i had a layover flight that was delayed and asked customer service what time I should board they told me an hour after my plane left. I missed my flight and was stuck in Vegas for 4 days

They delayed our flights 3 /3-3 until 15 hours and cancelled. We had to spent 2k ourselves to fly home safe and in time. And they give me $100 vouchers to fly with them again🥺 they also blocked my mess
