Corn Syrup 1/2 C. Water 1 drum of Flavor (I used raspberry) White food coloring (optional but preferred) Food coloring of choice (I used neon Blue) Crushed hard candy (optional) Drain and dry pineapple slices very well, add a toothpick or skewer and place them on a baking sheet and freeze til you're ready to dip. In a saucepan add the sugar, corn syrup, and water bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Bring candy to 300°F. Once candy reaches temp turn off heat and mix in coloring and flavoring of choice. Dip half of a frozen pineapple, Drip, then place on parchment lined pan to harden, once hardened dip the other half, drip, and add crushed hard candy if using and place pineapple slice back onto parchment paper and allow them to dry for a few minutes. Store in airtight container in the freezer 😁
