love the idea of this exercise 🔥 few things that I feel need to be mentioned just for extra clarity, never do a weight where your fingers are starting to open up because that’s too much, also make sure you are properly warmed up before you try this with heavier weight 👍

Seems like a gimmicky exercise. Off wall strength training does not need to be hyper specific. We want our off wall finger work to be simple and effective, with minimal coordination gains on that specific exercise. This is essentially an isometric with some added instability.
