I think yelana being in it makes sense. In thunderbolts we see she is depressed and how she struggles with it but still trys to over come it and for Peter he will probaly be depressed that no one remembers him and he meets yelana either as Spiderman or Peter and they talk about their depression and she will try and recruit Peter to be on their team. or she's probaly just an end credit scene
