When I first moved to Las Vegas years ago I complimented this girl‘s tattoo at a bus stop, and it turned out her boyfriend tattooed her and then it turns out her boyfriend owned the tattoo shop where I got my tattoo back in NYC and then we started talking and I was telling her how I was looking for a job and she happened to be HR For this huge payday loan place out here in Las Vegas, and got me a job. This all because I complimented her tattoo.

This is exactly why I try something new every day. My days look different, even if it’s slight..using a different mug, switching up my jewelry, taking new routes on my walk. It doesn’t have to be a huge change to make a huge shift.

Can daydreaming also lead to a new experience or situation? I asked because as a child I vividly remember teachers talking about the kids that were daydreaming and how hard school is going to be for them so I vowed never to daydream 🙄and I’m just now playing with the idea of letting myself daydream.
