For those who are saying BTR has rescheduled a date and there’s a date in place at a new venue, please provide some sort of proof for those of us who were supposed to go. As of now, our ORIGINAL tickets were cancelled and everyone who was supposed to be in attendance should have gotten an email with cancellation and refund information. I was personally told by AmFam and Ticketmaster that the band and venue could not agree on a date, which makes sense since summer is almost over. If the show has been put at a new venue and a new date earlier this year, again, please provide the information to everyone here so everyone can plan accordingly! Thank you! ❤️

I’m so sad. I was really looking forward to this like everyone. I’ve been wanting to see them for years and I finally bought floor seats and this happens. I think I’m cursed with this venue and floor seats because everytime I’ve bought them it gets cancelled. Bieber, big Sean and now BTR.

Ok but people on twitter and Reddit say those who went to the meet and greet they heard that it’s gonna be moved to a different venue potentially the bucks stadium in January

As of this week they did refund all of the people who attended the concert that night and they are planning on rescheduling the concert for January of next year. They haven't announced a date for the concert yet.

Usually when a show gets rescheduled for a different venue, the tickets for the original venue get canceled because they wouldn’t be valid. I heard from a good friend that she was told they’re looking at January for the reschedule date

There was no way to be able to make the show happen this summer in that venue due to their tour schedule. They have something else planned for Milwaukee next year. It was out of their hands.

I’ve been on the fence about buying a ticket… finally did. Good floor seat, went and didn’t get to see them. Could’ve maybe gotten a ticket for Chicago but didn’t. At least we get refunded? Does it include parking and the insurance (or is the insurance giving me this refund?)

I’m not, it was gonna be my first concert and I was going with my brother who’s going to college next week. We used to watch the show together all the time and this just makes me sad, we were both so excited.
