I love this. More vlogs please I felt like I was sitting beside you and we were on on one. Also love your shirt Jurassic park is my fav movie. BUT in response to what you’re actually talking about. I agree to the above comment tracking food what you’re eating you’d be surprised how much or how little you’re consuming. Also walking! That was one thing I focused on really doing in the beginning of my weight loss journey that really helped. But what you’re doing now is also is amazing! And it’s a journey. But even tho you’re wearing glasses I feel like I can see a glow! It’s working boo! Proud of you!!

If you haven’t already, track everything that goes into your mouth, like weigh everything on a food scale, for a week and see how those numbers look. You may be surprised how low or high the number actually is and need to adjust. I worked with a trainer to help me lose 30 pounds post partum after gaining a lot before I got pregnant.
