Idk if it was my dad or grandad but when I was 10 it was really late at night and i was flipping through the channels we didnt get and it worked for once. watched my first corn and I remember it vividly and honestly it was terrible by modern standards but it was definitely a wild experience for the better part of an hour

the family pc was in a room behind my room, you could literally only access it by walking through my room. it was annoying in the middle of the day, but happened infrequently cause my parents were and still are tech illiterate, and my sister didn't use it that much. so come night time I had free reign and extra protection, cause I could hear them opening my door. bonus points cause I downloaded a separate browser and hid the icon, so there was no worries about them pressing "b" and "big t***y women" popping up in the search bar.
