Ive watched so many videos she is genuinely terrified . Ive personally been pulled over twice due to the dmv not updating from a PRIOR OWNER of a vehicle and then another time ended up being from a PRIOR VEHICLE OF MINE NOT BEING INSPECTED BY THE NEW OWNER. This is beyond too far! They could have confirmed and handled this much calmer, he scared her. He was out for her!

My cousin went through the same thing and it was the DMV’s fault. Had to miss a day of work and go to court. The judge said it wasn’t their fault either and still had to pay court costs
