I’m concerned for all the nurses in these comments freaking out about a pulse of 103 and a low BP as if there isn’t a literal medical condition that causes this. A condition we’re seeing more of due to long COVID / post covid issues. Some people genuinely run like this. I run low. High pulse. I have POTs. No two patients are alike. One of my pts will have a BP of 80/55 and the next has a BP of 165/94 if not higher. Treat the patient NOT the numbers or did we stop teaching that in nursing school?

It is low because your radial blood pressure is the furthest away from your heart and therefore the least accurate. Please do not use one of these machines.
