can I please please recommend you use coconut oil because castor oil is ok but coconut oil is so much better all around. no im definitely not shaming castor oil I just know through research and herbs that coconut oil is much better for you especially in antibacterial content and natural fats and works as a best friend with rosemary :) might i also suggest sage leaf? rosemary and sage leaf are so so good together for hair growth. look into it :) ive understood clove with rosmary to do wonders too but in truth sage leaf and rosemary oil are perfect 👌 thank you for your video though its educational and is helping me too

when I use castor oil for infusions I extract first with another oil like EVOO then add the castor at the end
