More often than not I hear women complaining of a stubborn 10 pounds that they just can't seem to go away or the "if I only weight ____ amount then I'll be happy" If this is you then that is a toxic mentality associated with the scale that you might need to work on. And maybe even seek help with. You happiness, self worth, and abilities are not connected to the number of the scale. Look at Olympic athletes for example! Many of them are 150+ pounds and in the best shape of their life. If you struggle with the number on the scale, may I recommend you put the scale somewhere so far out of the way that it is an inconvenience to pull it out. Then start tracking your habits and how they make you feel. Once you shift your focus from the number on the scale to how you feel on a daily basis, I can almost guarantee that number will become more and more irrelevant. . . #iammomstrong #momhealth #womensfitness #womenwhoworkout #healthymoms
