If there was an indegenous black population in the Americas, they would've had immense forced modern African admixture for hundreds of years. We can't treat these autosomal DNA tests as god considering less than 5% of the African - American population has extensively tested (mtDNA / Y-DNA) … What we do have is a plethora of contextual evidence that suggests a black presence in the Americas pre - Columbus, not just the blatantly obvious art & archaeology, but numerous first hand accounts from the old world.

Generational lies pass down, one thing my family didn't was claim to be Native American but we do acknowledge our Native ancestors. My test only shows 1 percent Native American, not even enough to show up in my own children but what does show up is the 80 percent west African
