I don't know any of the backstory on this situation, only this video. If she's saying any of that she's definitely wrong...the cop is also wrong in this situation. 1) according to the Supreme Court, the rule is 10 ft. 2) "if you don't get into that car and leave, I'm gonna take everyone in that car to jail" that's textbook intimidation
