I went from 5cm-10cm in 45 minutes 🥲 no medication and he was out in 7 minutes. One thing I can say is that this recovery has been amazing for my body compared to my daughter’s birth with epidural.

I give you soo much credit momma you did that ! 👏🏽 as soon as I hit 6cm I was dying felt my whole body getting ripped away from my soul I asked for the epidural soo quick soo I give you credit momma you are soo strong 💪🏽

I got it twice and it didn’t work it made me feel ten times the pain I could still move everything and the only thing that calmed me down was closing my eyes laying down breathing with my bd holding my hand and rubbing my chest talking to me and my grandpa rubbing a cold rag slowly on my face
